Lightening

The most common component undertaken for lightening is the flywheel. This has the greatest effect on engine acceleration thus reducing vehicle acceleration times. Machining is carried out on our 3 axis CNC Turret milling machine. On completion of any lightening it is imperative that the component is dynamically balanced.
